2017-18 MISC Talks

We have a stunning lineup of talks at MISC this year featuring a breadth of HCI-related topics. We are starting with lightning talks by our new faculty on 9/26. Plan for exciting Tuesdays!

This year, we will be starting all MISC events at 11.30 AM with a light lunch and opportunity to mingle with the guest, followed by the talk starting at noon sharp.

A few days before each talk, particularly by visiting speakers, we will be sharing calendars with limited spots for members of the MISC community to meet with the speakers in smaller groups. Please note that there are a number of open slots in the Winter semester, which we will start filling later once we have a sense of other talks and events at UMSI for the period. The talk abstracts for all the speakers will be uploaded shortly.

We hope to see you all soon.
Your fearless MISC 2017-18 Team

Matthew Kay, Sang Won Lee, Joyojeet Pal, Penny Trieu

All talks will be held at the Ehrlicher room (3100 North Quad).
